Mrs. Madikizela is an Operations Director of Zenzo Trading and Projects and Director of Kumyolz Investments
(Pty). She seasoned entrepreneur who has developed a number of empowerment ventures in the ICT and
business consulting market, as a Computer Science Graduate.
She previously worked in various ICT positions within the banking sector from entry level to General Management level. She has undergone various ICT training programmes including with Global Tech Mahindra- (the current partner of Kumyolz Debt Collection). Her areas of specialty includes Microsoft SQL, Oracle and Business Analysis. Her seven years of experience in the ICT industry ensures that ICT is meant to make business easy, and should always be informed by Business Requirements Analyses Reports.
Paul Utamire is a Senior Manager at Zenzo Trading and Projects East London branch. He has 10 years practical experience in rendering Financial Reporting, Internal and external auditing, forensic investigations and consulting services. Paul is a Chartered Accountant as well as a member of Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) and Institute of Credit Management (ICM).
He is also currently studying for Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst certificate. He holds a BCom (Accounting) degree, as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences. After his university studies, Paul did his articles at SNG-Grant Thornton in Johannesburg.
After his training programme with SNG-Grant Thornton, Paul went to join various medium size consulting firms where he obtained extensive exposure to Government Departments, Public Entities, TVET Colleges, Municipalities and Private companies financial reporting, auditing and consulting at Managerial level. He possesses extensive technical knowledge in GRAP, IFRS, ISA, PFMA, MFMA, MSCOA, Internal Auditing Standards, Financial Modelling and Valuation models and various National treasury regulations.
Fitzroy Rugonye CA (SA) is Qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a Senior Manager at Zenzo Trading and Projects. Fitzroy Rugonye holds a BCom (Accounting) degree, as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences. After his university studies, Fitzroy Rugonye did his articles at SNG-Grant Thornton in Johannesburg.
Fitzroy is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Over the years, Fitzroy has gained extensive experience in External Auditing, Financial Reporting, Internal Auditing, Taxation, Business Consulting and Corporate Governance that he acquired over the last 9 years. Fitzroy acquired extensive exposure in the private and public sector while auditing different clients that range from financial services and treasury, manufacturing, real estate, as well as transport and freight logistics. Fitzroy Rugonye is well vested with GRAP, PFMA and MFMA legislations and regulations.
Fitzroy spent 2 years at the University of Zululand as a Finance Manager: Revenue working in a busy and high volume environment, primary purpose of the position was to manage, supervise and monitor the University’s financial income to ensure accuracy and completeness and reconciliations are complete and up to date.
Mrs Nkosazana Ponco-Tatani is a senior manager at Zenzo Trading & Projects responsible for business development and projects planning. She has over 10 years of experience in local government finance working as Chief Financial Officer of Mhlontlo Local Municipality and Sundays River Valley Municipality.
She obtained a B.Com degree in Accounting at WSU. In her long service as CFO she possesses strong leadership capabilities and deep understanding of PFMA, MFMA and broad municipal financial management including GRAP standards implementation.
Mr. Mhlabunzima Mangena has a strong and solid background in business project management where he held several senior management positions in public and private sector entities both in South Africa and Sub Saharan countries. His 20 years’ experience spans from managing diverse projects in Information Technology and Innovation, Product Development & Management, Business Process Mapping, Operations Management, Telecoms and Manufacturing sectors.
He holds a BA in International Relations (Wits) Certificate in Customer Service (UNISA). His involved in the management and overseeing of the projects, from inception to the completion of projects. His work revolves around four factors of projects - Economic estimation, Prospect, Time, and Asset.
Norbert Kibet CA (SA), CIA is Qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He is a Senior Manager at Zenzo Trading and Projects. Kibet holds a BCom (Accounting) degree, as well as Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences. After his university studies, he did his articles at RSM Betty and Dickson, Auditor General of South Africa later joining SNG-Grant Thornton. Kibet is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
FOver the years, Kibet has gained extensive experience in Internal and External Auditing, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Business Consulting, Corporate Governance, Financial and Risk Management that he acquired over the last 10 years. He attained extensive exposure while auditing different clients that range from state owned entities, communications, manufacturing, mining, real estate, as well as transport and freight logistics. He has extensive knowledge of ISA, IAS, IFRS, GRAP, PFMA and MFMA legislations and regulations.
Norbert Kibet is highly motivated, adaptable and extensively experienced in Accounting and Auditing. Sphiwe Spellman is one of the senior managers at Zenzo Trading & Projects responsible for business development. He has over 10 years of experience in local government finance, having served as a Chief Financial Officer and an Acting Municipal Manager in his last 5 year term before joining the company.
He has a B.Com degree in Financial Management (UNISA), and specializes in PFMA, MFMA and Income Tax related services. His work experience includes amongst others, in-year financial reporting, VAT reconciliation & administration and Business Strategy development & Implementation.
Mrs Namhla Toni is a senior manager at Zenzo Trading and Project responsible for business development. She has vast knowledge and experience of over 10 years in local government finance, and held several senior management positions both in private sector as a successful entrepreneur and in the municipal environment acting as Chief Financial Officer.
She holds a National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting at WSU and completed a National Treasury competency level CPMD certificate at WITS Business School. Her specialities involve preparation of GRAP compliant annual financial statements, compilation of fixed assets registers, drafting of municipal policies and revenue enhancement strategies.
Cleopas Chiyangwa is a Senior Consultant with over 10 years of consulting experience in public sector with specific focus on CFO Support Services which includes SCM performance Enhancement, Annual Financial Statements preparation, GRAP conversion and Audit Readiness Engagements.
Cleopas has been extensively involved in business process re-engineering and financial management consulting for various municipalities that includes Mbizana Local Municipality, Amahlathi Local Municipality and Greater Kokstad Local Municipalities.
Cleopas has worked for the PwCs CFO Support Business unit for 6 years in the East London office and was attached to the PwC Italy where he focused on corporate finance engagements mainly Mergers and Acquisitions. At Deloitte East London he was part of a team (Risk Advisory) that specialised in SCM, Revenue and Performance Management audits with specialised focus on process improvement, skills transfer and augmenting the technical support function to clients.
Furthermore, he worked at UniCredit SPA in Italy which is a leading commercial and retail bank in Europe overseeing the expansion of the bank into the African Market. Cleopas has vast knowledge in country market analysis, bankable business case development and strategic planning. He also worked as an independent contractor for various NGOs developing fund raising strategies, medium term evaluations and business model transformation. Cleopas also worked on strategic financial management project in 2020 at Department of Health, Gauteng as part of the CFO Support Team and contributed significantly on process re-engineering for consignment stock and interim reviews on Accruals.
